Obituary
Duane John Campbell, 73 of Myrtle Beach, SC, passed away peacefully on January 1, 2023, surrounded by his wife and caregiver.
He was born on January 25, 1949, in Troy, New York, the son of the late Earl and Helen Campbell.
Duane worked for the State of Connecticut as a Management Analyst. Upon retiring, he moved to North Carolina and later to Myrtle Beach. There, he met the “Love of His Life”, Dee, got married, and enjoyed spending time traveling, hanging out on the beach, and playing golf until his health failed. Duane loved Beach Life and going on boat rides as well.
He is survived by his loving wife Dee; two sons and daughters-in-law, Scott and Stephanie, Peter and Jackie; 4 daughters and sons-in-law, Jill and Kevin. He is also survived by his grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
Services will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by Ocean View Funeral Home and Beach Crematory, Myrtle Beach Chapel.
