Melvin K. Burgess, III of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on January 3, 2023. There will be a visitation held Sunday, January 15, 2022, from 2:00 until 3:00 p.m. at Ocean View Funeral Home and Beach Crematory, Conway Chapel A graveside service will follow at 3:00 PM at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens.
