Angel Alston

Angel Alston, fifty-three passed from her earthly home to her promised mansion in Heaven on October 11, 2021.

Angel was born on August 15, 1968, in Newark New Jersey, the daughter of the late Eddie Ruth Alston.

Angel graduated from Newark High School in 1986. She worked at National Bank in Norwalk, CT, as a bookkeeper for several years. She later moved to Conway, SC. Angel worked multiple jobs between Conway and Myrtle Beach, SC before she became ill. Later she became a member at Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church, and she later moved her membership to Mt. Triumph Baptist Church where she served as a faithful member until her health failed.

Angel is survived by one brother; Deacon Jeffrey (Evangelist Barbara) Alston of Charleston, SC; one sister Susan (David) Allen of Conway, SC; one niece, Monique Alston and one great niece; Ja’vai Alston and one great nephew, Jaylen Greene of Conway, SC; 3 Aunts, Thomasina Hollard, Mister Eloise Callaway and Onita Callaway of Conway, SC , one uncle, Sammy Calloway of Fort Lauderdale, FL; and one special cousin/friend, Stacy Alston. And, a host of loving relatives and friends.

Angel Alston of Conway passed away on Monday, October 11, 2021 in Wilmington, NC. Graveside services will be held at 12:00 Noon, Saturday, October 16, 2021 at Hemingway Chapel Cemetery.  Ocean View Funeral Home and Beach Crematory, Conway Chapel.
