Annfyeon M Wells

Annfyeon Gollia Maxwell Wells was born in Manchester, Jamaica WI.  Annfyeon was born to Patsy Simpson and Donald Maxwell and raised by her maternal grandmother the late Hermina Lucilda Huchinson affectionately known as Momma.

She enjoyed spending time with her late grandfather Victor Simpson.

Life: Annfyeon graduated from Christiana High School in Manchester, Jamaica WI in 1992. She migrated from Jamaica to America in 2004 where she resided in Fort Myers, Florida while working at South Seas Resort. She later moved to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina for several years while maintaining multiple jobs until settling down at Sandcastle South Beach Resort (in Myrtle Beach). At Sandcastle Annfyeon was entitled as Director of Housekeeping, which she enjoyed and loved her staff. Ann enjoyed cooking, singing music and traveling. It was nothing to hear her say take the road. She loved spending time with her only child Sashagaye. The two of them would talk laugh drive around building and even tighter mother daughter bond.

Loved Ones: Preceding her in death are her Grandpa Hermina Lucilda Hutchinson and Victor Simpson and one sister Avaree Spencer Morales. She is survived by her wife of 9 years Johnnie Anne Wells, Mother Patsy Simpson West and Daughter Sashagaye Thompson all of which reside in Conway, South Carolina. She leaves behind 3 brothers Fitzroy Sinclair, Creighlon Robinson, Richard Maxwell and 1 adopted sister Swendy Griffiths whom all reside in Manchester, Jamaica WI. She also leaves behind 1 stepson Tyler Wells, his wife Jasmine Wells of Florence South Carolina and 1 sister in law Velma Hardin of Cocoa Beach, Florida. Also 8 nieces, 6 nephews, 4 uncles, and host of other relatives and friends.

Annfyeon M. Wells of Conway passed on September 7, 2021. There will be a funeral service held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, September 18, 2021, at Ocean View Funeral Home and Beach Crematory, Conway Chapel. A viewing will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. prior at Conway chapel. Burial will follow the funeral service at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens.
