Calvin Bruce Kennedy

Calvin Bruce Kennedy of Conway passed Monday, July 27, 2020 at Conway Medical Center. 

Calvin Bruce Kennedy, Jr, 51, of Conway, died July 27th, 2020 at Conway Medical Center following a month-long illness. 

He was born on August 5, 1968, to Donna Marie Kennedy (Morgan) and Calvin Bruce Kennedy, Sr. in Hollywood, Florida. 

Bruce attended Myrtle Beach High School and HGTC.  He briefly enlisted in the Army and was an award-winning Chef. He worked most recently at the Crooked Oak Tavern in Conway, SC.

Bruce is survived by his wife Angelic Fogleman Kennedy (Married on April 2nd, 2005) and his 3 boys. Travis Wayne Kennedy (EMN3-NAVY)- age 19, Tyler Keith Kennedy-age 13 and Jaxson Levi Kennedy- age 7. Bruce is also survived by his sister Jodie Aougaga of Conway.

He was preceded in death by his parents Calvin Bruce Kennedy, Sr. , Donna Marie Kennedy and his brother Keith Morgan. 

Funeral services will be at Cedar Grove Baptist Church in Conway, SC with the Pastor Brandon Jones officiating and will be announced when completed.

Bruce was a great husband, brother, son, father, and friend. His children were the light of his life. He loved his babies and they will miss him deeply. The love that he gave his kids was undeniable and they were so very lucky to have him as dad. This is not goodbye to them, only “See you later daddy”.
