Charles Grice

Charles Grice was born October 14, 1943 to the late James and Liza Grice. Charles attended Latta High School where he graduated. Later in life Charles moved to Jersey City, NJ where he met and married Laverne Grice. This union was blessed with two children Kevin Grice (deceased) Tonya (Larry) Ricks of Sunrise Fl. Charles was also blessed with two other children whom he truly loved, Charles Harvey of Sunrise Fl., and Sheretta Harvey of Pompano, Fl.

Charles worked for Knox county until he retired moving to Myrtle Beach, SC which he would call home until the end Sunday, September 20, 2020.

Charles was the second oldest of eleven siblings. He was proceeded in death by siblings James (JW) Sally (deceased) Grice, Christine Grice- Grander, Elizabeth (Herman) Milton and Tommy Grice.

Charles will be lovingly remembered by grandchildren: Kory Bennett, Miguel Harvey, Alana Harvey, Nikie- Nicole Burgess, Charles Harvey Jr., Paris Harvey, Shamerica Harvey and Makayla Harvey. Brothers Willie Grice, Parvis (Jean) Grice, Eddie (Valerie) Grice, Larry (Marget) Grice, Sisters Maxine Grice, Katrina (Danny-deceased) Lewis, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends all of whom lives he touched and loved deeply.

Charles Grice of Latta passed on September 20, 2020. Service information is incomplete and will be announced at a later date. Ocean View Funeral Home Myrtle Beach Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
