Charles Junior Anderson

Charles Junior Anderson of Little River passed away on April 26, 2024.  

Charles Junior Anderson, the son of the late Rosco "R.J." Anderson and the late Ella Jane Bellamy-Anderson, was born on August 10, 1964. He departed this earthly life on Friday, April 26, 2024.

He attended North Myrtle Beach High School and later continued his education receiving his G.E.D. Charles accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior and was united in Holy Marriage to the late Maggie Jene Jackson-Anderson.

Charles was preceded in death by five brothers, Joseph Lee Anderson who passed in infancy, Levern Bessent, Phillip Bessent, Willie Lee Anderson, and Robert Anderson; four sisters, Ruby Jane Williams, Ollie Mae Lance, Geraldine McCray, and Arlene Bickum.

He leaves to cherish sweet memories a son, Everette Jackson; and a daughter, Za'Kyra Turner; his step-sons, Adgrain Jackson and Quentin Jackson; a step-daughter, Veronica Jackson; a granddaughter, Tamara Aniyah Hemingway; four step-grandchildren, Tristan Johnson, Major Jackson, Shammond Jackson, and Aniyah Hemingway; two great-grandchildren, Nova Jackson and Raylin Jackson; three sisters, Ella Mae Bellamy-Stanley, Mary Linda Anderson-Vereen, and Sylvia (George) Siler; eight brothers-in-law, six sisters-in-law, two special sisters, Apostle Carolyn Bessent and Bobbie Jane Bessent; special friends, Lauren, Hayley, Patty, Tommy Bellamy; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other family, and friends.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, May 2, 2024, at Mt. Calvary #2 Church in Little River.  Interment will follow in the church cemetery.  There will be a viewing from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Wednesday, May 1, 2024, at Ocean View Funeral Home and Beach Crematory, North Strand Chapel.
