Clara Brown

Clara Brown of Conway passed away on Wednesday, October 2, 2024.  Ms. Clara E. McDonald-Brown, daughter of the late Reba Mae and Levy McDonald was born on February I6, I953 in Conway, South Carolina. She departed this life on Tuesday, October 2, 2024.

She was preceded in paradise by both parents, Reba Mae and Levy McDonald; four brothers, Jimmy Lee McDonald, Leroy McDonald, Charlie McDonald, and Isiah McDonald; three sisters, Betty McNeil, Mamie Lee Roane, and Reba Jean McDonald Crosson; two adopted sons, Jonathan Nixon and Terry Lee Jones.

Ms. Clara leaves to cherish a legacy of love to her children, Derrick McDonald, Denine McDonald, and Lawrence McDonald; her grandchildren, Romello McDonald, Latrianna McDonald, Anastsia McDonald, Astashia Bethea, Jaliah McDonald, Jaiden McDonald, Kemauri McDonald, Aria McDonald, and Kamron McDonald; four great-grandchildren, Adrian Hicks, Jr., Princeton Conyers, Elias Conyers, and Kaydence Conyers; Three sisters, Creole Bragg, Anna Floyd, and Melissa McDonald; one brother, William McDonald and a host of other relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, October 12, 2024, at Ocean View Funeral Home and Beach Crematory, Conway Chapel.
