Dr. Rodney Irvin Arnold

Dr. Rodney Arnold’s life began on November 28, 1967, in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Time stood still for Rodney on Sunday, March 23, 2025, when our heavenly Father decided that he should rest from his labor. 

Rodney attended Socastee High School graduating with the Class of 1986. He furthered his studies at Savannah State College, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Biology, Class of 1991, and receiving a degree in Doctor of Chiropractic at Northwestern College of Chiropractic, Class of 1995. Rodney has been a member of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity since 1998. 

He loved spending time with family and friends, helping others, and giving back to the community. Rodney had a special way of making people laugh and bringing joy to others. He loved playing guitar, sharing stories and life experiences with others. He offered wisdom by educating, mentoring, engaging in deep conversation, and was always eager to teach and inspire. 

Rodney’s bright spirit and infectious smile will always remain in the hearts of his wife, Michelle Arnold; his mother’s, Daisy Arnold and Mildred Sears; four children, Ashley Arnold, Drayton Arnold, Lauren Arnold, and Kaden Arnold; a sister, Trina Spivey; two brothers, Brad Spivey and Jermaine Arnold; a host of other relatives and friends. 

He will truly be missed by those whose lives he has touched and loved over the years.
