Ms. Ericka Cecina Carr, daughter of the late Thomas Holoman and the late Fannie Mae Carr, was born on December 7, I97I, in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. She departed this life on October 19, 2023.

Ericka attended Public Schools in Horry County and graduated from Myrtle Beach High School in I990.

To cherish her memories, she leaves one child of the home Adriana Carr; one sister, Lenora Carr of Hampton, Georgia; one nephew, Tremain (Ashley) Carr of Jonesboro, Georgia, one great-nephew, MJ Wright and one great-niece Aaliyah Carr both of Jonesboro, Georgia; three aunts, Ellen Marie Feaster, Pecolia Johnson, and Elizabeth Holoman all of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; one uncle, Booker T. (Essie) Dennison of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; a special son, Rachaan David of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and host of other relatives and friends.

I still see your face before me, your voice I long to hear...
I miss and love you dearly. God knows, I wish, you were here.
Tears fall freely from my eyes, like a river, filled with grief.
My only comfort now is that, from your path, you have found relief.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 12:00 p.m. at Mt. Olive AME Church.  There will be a viewing from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Tuesday, October 24, 2023, at Ocean View Funeral Home and Beach Crematory, Myrtle Beach Chapel.
