Eva Holloman

Mrs. Eva Holloman was the daughter of the late Alex and Annie Holloman. She was born in Sumter County, SC on December 24, 1947. She departed this life on Friday July 24, 2020 at Grand Strand Regional Medical Center, Myrtle Beach, SC.

At an early age she joined Sandy Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Myrtle Beach, SC.

She attended Carver Elementary in Myrtle Beach, and graduated from Whittemore High School in Conway, SC in 1968.

After high school Eva moved to New York and was employed at Willow Brook Medical facility in Staten Island, NY. She later returned home to Myrtle Beach to become an entrepreneur. Some of her businesses included alterations, owner and operator of the Black Magic Social Club, Sheba’s Restaurant and Social club and her last business until her health fail was Eva’s Flavor Snack Bar.

She was proceeded in death by one sister Azalee Holloman, Four brother Peter, Raymond, James and Thomas Holloman.

Mrs. Eva Mae Holloman leaves to cherish her fond memories a daughter, Basheba (Eric) Worrell of Myrtle Beach, SC and three grandsons Eric Jr. (EJ), Evan and Bryson, a loving and devoted sister Elizabeth (Dudley) Holloman of Myrtle Beach, SC; one aunt Juanita Holloman of Myrtle Beach, SC; a host of nieces and nephews whom she was a mother to all, many other relatives and friends that she cherished. Her former spouse Ervin Green of Myrtle Beach.

Eva Holloman of Myrtle Beach passed away Friday, July 24, 2020, at Grand Strand Regional Hospital. There will be a private graveside service held Saturday, August 1, 2020, 11:00 a.m. at Pine Island Community cemetery. Ocean View Funeral Home Myrtle Beach Chapel is in charge of arrangments.
