Ms. Havannah Brown (76), the daughter of the late Book Dennison and Fannie Vereen-Dennison was born February 15, 1946, in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. She entered into eternal rest on Friday, November 11, 2022, at her home.
She attended Horry County Public schools. She worked many jobs, including Krispy Kreme, Laundry and AVX Corporation.
Vannah as she was affectionally called, favorite hobbies were playing cards and Bingo. She loved her extended Bingo family, and she also loved spending time with her family.
Havannah leaves to cherish her memories, one son, Randy Dennison of Fort Mill, South Carolina; and one daughter, Linda “Gail” Dennison of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Eight grandchildren, Jennifer Dennison, Neto (Melony) Dennison of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; Damanique Nesbitt of Fort Mill, South Carolina; Shonta Dennison, Rickey Finkley Jr, Russell Dennison, Holly Dennison, and Lee Dennison all of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. One brother, Booker T (Essie) Dennison of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Three sisters, Ellen Marie Feaster and Pecolia Johnson of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and Donna Gail of North Carolina. Special daughters, Virginia Rockholt, Tabetha Furco, and Michelle Sessions of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
Havannah also leaves to cherish her memories, 26 great-grands, Shatia Cole, Breon Tucker, Tanya Dennison, Rikeima Finkley, Khadafi “Pops” Dennison, Anqelica Bryant, Hubert Durant, Rickey Finkley Jr, Zieree Chestnut, Rhiauna Dennison, Malik Bryant, Amischa Dennison, Rusharia Dennison, Neto Dennison Jr, Mercedes Dennison, Russell Dennison, Jeffery JB Ellis, Jamari Dennison, Delino Dennison, Emani Dennison, Rikayla Finkley, Eric Jackson, Cordie Dennison, Lance Gamble, Harlem Gamble, Messiah Finkley and Kelani Gamble; four great-great-great grands and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Havannah Brown of Myrtle Beach passed on November 11, 2022. There will be a viewing held Friday, November 18, 2022, from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm at Ocean View Funeral Home and Beach Crematory, Myrtle Beach Chapel. A funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. Saturday, November 19, 2022, at Mt Olive AME Church. Burial will follow at Pine Island Community Cemetery.
