Isiah Mitchell of Myrtle Beach passed away on Monday, September 11, 2023. 

We brought nothing into this world, and it is certain. that we carry nothing out. The Lord gave, and the Lord bath taken away. Blessed be the name of the Lord

Mr. Isiah Mitchell, son of the late Marion Mitchell and Drucilla Jordan Mitchell was born on December 3, I935 in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. He departed this life on Monday, September II, 2023 at Conway Medical Center.

Isiah, affectionately known as "Issac" attended the public schools in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Later in life, he worked as a sanitation worker for the City of Myrtle Beach. Isiah accepted Christ as his personal Savior and attended True Holiness Family Life Ministry under the leadership of Pastor Glenn M. Campbell and Evangelist Cassandra Campbell. Isiah enjoyed planting flowers and caring for others.

Isiah was preceded in death by Louis Mitchell, Salley Mitchell, Viela Mitchell, and Bessie May Spivey

He leaves to cherish his memories two sisters, Elnita M. Alston and Rebecca (Robert) Simmons of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; three brothers, Luke (Lucille) Mitchell, James Albritten, and Bobby Jean Simmons all of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, September 19, 2023, at Ocean View Funeral Home and Beach Crematory, Myrtle Beach Chapel.  Interment will follow the service in Pine Island Community Cemetery.  There will be a viewing from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 Monday, September 18, 2023, at Ocean View Funeral Home and Beach Crematory, Myrtle Beach Chapel
