John A Woodbury

John Woodbury was born native of Georgetown, South Carolina to parent’s of Mr. Ebbie Woodbury Sr. and Ms. Mattie Mae Grate Woodbury on September 9, 1955. 

John has proceeded in death by his Father, Mother, 2 Brothers, and 2 Sister. Mr. Ebbie Woodbury Sr, Ms. Mattie Mae Grate Woodbury, Mr. Ebbie Woodbury Jr, Mr. Willie Woodbury, Ms. Doris Woodbury Ms. Cindy Woodbury.

John Woodbury is survived by his sister Ms. Pearlie Mae Sherman of Conway, South Carolina. Along with 5 special Nieces and Nephews; Keya Brown, Lakeyer Sherman, Maurice & Charlene Butler, Willie Woodbury, and Brianna Woodbury. 1 Great Nephew Zayden Butler. 4 Special Aunt’s and Uncle’s Ms. Gerotha Washington, Rebecca Milton of Rochester, NY, Ms. Judy Grate, Mr. William & Mary Galloway, Mr. Ben & Willie Mae Grate Jr. To where gratitude and greatness is due to a very special cousin Joe Kent & Tasha Graham.

John Woodbury received his education in the public school of Choppee High of Georgetown South Carolina where he received his High School Diploma with the class of 1973.

For a number of years John worked as a cook at Holiday Inn and Harry’s Breakfast and Pancake of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. 

For 4 Years he resided in Regional Medical Center of Orangeburg, South Carolina. After being brought back home to his family John resided in Prince George Nursing Home where he gained his wings to eternal life with our Father.

John A. Woodbury of Conway passed away on Thursday, January 21, 2021.  There will be a service held 1:00 p.m. Tuesday January 26, 2021 at Ocean View Funeral Home Conway Chapel. Ocean View Funeral Home Conway chapel will be assisting this family with all service needs.
