Joseph Grissett

Joseph Grissett, son of Joseph Grissett and Minnie Pearl Owens. Joseph was born December 26th, 1971 in the Conway, South Carolina. He attended Horry County Public Schools.  Joe or Joe Grissett as he was fondly called, was a guy of many trades. Two of his favorite hobbies were cutting hair, painting and laying flooring. Joe enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

Joe leaves to cherish three daughters JoKira Grissett, JoKhadijah Grissett and SheryTijah Grissett all of Conway South Carolina. One son Joteail (Tateannia) Grissett of Beaufort South Carolina. With his legacy bring along four grandchildren Zyon Gore who proceed him in death, Jaylah Grissett, Jenesis Grissett and Kamren Gore. His mother and stepfather Minnie (Benjamin) Owens of the home, his father Joseph Grissett. He was the eldest of four siblings John (Aisha) Grissett, Alice Owens, Aketta Gardner, and Tonya Grissett who preceded him in death.

Joe also leaves a host of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and friends.

Joseph Grissett of Conway passed February 5, 2021. There will be a graveside service held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, February 15, 2021, at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens in Conway. Ocean View Funeral Home Conway Chapel will be assisting this family with this service.
