Louis Henry Livingston, Sr. of the Popular Community of Longs, passed away on Tuesday, October 15, 2024. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday October 21, 2024, at Popular AME Church. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. There will be a viewing from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Sunday at Ocean View Funeral Home and Beach Crematory, North Strand Chapel.
