Louis Albert Myers

Mr. Louis Myers was born on March 12, 1953 to the late Albert and Mary Myers. He departed this life on Friday, February 21, 2025 at his residence. 

He received his education at Socastee High School. After completing high school, he moved to Newark, New Jersey where he began to work for a large distribution warehouse. 

In 1998, Louis relocated back to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina where he began working in the flooring business, laying tile at Ben Smalls Ceramic Tile Company. 

Three of Louis’s siblings, Mary Willard, Eugene Myers, and Howard Myers; a daughter, Michelle Wilson; and a granddaughter, Destiny Wilson, all preceded him in death. 

Those who remain to cherish lasting memories are his sisters, Priscilla (Solomon) Deas of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Angela (Ian) Roman of Tampa, Florida, and Marjorie (Alfred) Gary of Buckeye, Arizona; one brother-in-law, Miles Willard; one aunt, Clara Chestnut; three uncles, Morris Myers and Walker (Eddie) Knox of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and Benny Vault of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; a grandson and a host of nieces, nephews, other loving relatives and friends.
