Machelle Denise Abraham Wallace was born in Georgetown, South Carolina on May 15, 1969 to the late Mrs. Betty Jean Grant Abraham and Mr. Jake Delonia Abraham, both whom preceded her in death.

A time to die …

After a terminal illness, God called Machelle home on the evening of September 26, 2021.

A time to learn

Machelle graduated from Myrtle Beach High School. Machelle enjoyed traveling as a young adult, so she studied and graduated in the Airline Travel Industry in Pompano Beach, Florida in airline. Machelle cared a lot about people even if she did not know them well. She loved helping others in need, that were sick, and she especially loved caring for the elderly. Machelle learned and developed professional nursing experiences from her beloved mother, Betty, in her teenage years. Machelle studied and graduated as a Certified Nursing Assistance at Horry Georgetown Technical College in Myrtle Beach, SC. Machelle worked many years at the Myrtle Beach Manor and other nursing homes and in private care as a self-contractor/freelancer. Machelle worked in other industries in the Myrtle Beach, but she loved nursing the most.

A time to live

Machelle accepted Christ at an early age and joined Sandy Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Myrtle Beach, SC. Machelle was a kind and giving person. She loved her three sons: Keith, Jake, and Bryan a lot. Machelle enjoyed joy riding, money, listening to music, shopping, going out to eat, socializing with anyone, being near the ocean, and she loved her cell phone. Machelle touched the hearts of many far and near.

A time to plant

Machelle was married and in that union, she was blessed with Three sons: Keith Wallace, Jake Wallace (Danielle), and Bryan Wallace (Breanna); Six grandchildren: A’mya Page-Wallace, Tatiana Wallace, Avery Wallace, Jake Wallace, Jr, Naomi Wallace, and Iris Wallace; Five step-grandchildren, Vincent, Isaiah, Anastacia, Isabella, and Franchesca; Two nephews: Dequan and Trevon Smith; One grandniece: Sophia Smith; One brother: Dale Abraham; One sister: Latonya Smith (Terry); Seven aunts :Virginia Grant, Faye Grant, Willette Abraham, Janet Abraham, Mary Willis, Doris Abraham, and Hilda Bellamy; Three uncles: Thomas Willis, Jerome Perry, and Larry Bellamy; and a host of cousins and friends.

Machelle A. Wallace of Myrtle Beach passed away on Sunday, September 26, 2021. There will be a graveside service held 11:00 a.m. Friday October 1, 2021 at Pine Island Community Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends at 1405 Hemingway Street, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577. Ocean View Funeral Home and Beach Crematory,  Myrtle Beach Chapel will be assisting this family.
