Michele Dee Rufo

Michele Dee Rufo of Myrtle Beach passed away on Saturday, October 30, 2021.

Michele D. Rufo, age 67, of Myrtle Beach, SC surrendered her body to cancer on October 30th, 2021 with her loving husband of over 48 years and her two children at her bedside. She was released and set free from our physical world, but we feel her presence and enduring love surrounding us with the peace and spiritual joy that she embraced upon her arrival to her new heavenly home. She was born to Winfrey and Jeannine Wilkins on April 19, 1954. She is survived by her husband Lawrence Rufo; her children Jessica Rufo, Matthew Rufo; her mother Jeannine Wilkins; her sister Jo Anne (Wilkins) Waller; her brothers David "Wayne" Wilkins and Stephen Wilkins; and several loving nieces, nephews, and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her father Winfrey Wilkins and her brother Guy Wilkins.

There will be a visitation held from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Friday, November 5, 2021, at Ocean View Funeral Home and Beach Crematory, Myrtle Beach Chapel.
