Rebecca Hemingway

Rebecca Hemingway of Conway passed away on Thursday, September 28, 2023.  

Rebecca Denice Hemingway Moultrie, daughter of the late Fannie Bellamy Hemingway and George Hemingway was born on October 12, 1954, in Conway, South Carolina.

Rebecca, who loved to be called “Becky”, was a very loving person and would give her last if you were in need and she had it. She struggled throughout her life but she made sure her children never lacked for anything.

Rebecca leaves to cherish fond memories of her son, Terry Lamont Hemingway, and her daughter, Sharina Monique Hemingway; seven grandchildren: Mi’ia Hemingway, Quai’Von Hemingway, Jaida Robinson, Breaina Hemingway, Katrina Hemingway, Terry Hemingway, Jr., and David Hemingway. She also had the pleasure of seeing her first great-grandchild, Kayden Rucker.

Becky leaves this world behind without any complaints and now she suffers no longer.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 7, 2023, at Ocean View Funeral Home and Beach Crematory, Conway Chapel.
