Ricky Lee “Rick” Thomas was born on March 10, 1979 in Whiteville, North Carolina to Barbara J. Powers Thomas and Leroy Thomas, Sr.

Rick was a die-hard Dallas Cowboys fan who also loved fishing, riding 4 wheelers, spending time at the beach with his dogs, his girlfriend and her boys, camping, and hanging out with friends and family.

Rick attended South Columbus Schools.
~A Time to Work~
Rick was a long shore fisherman for many years in New Jersey. He was also employed with Palmetto Goodwill.
~A Time to be Fruitful~
Rick loved his girls Brooklyn, Emma, Kendell, and granddaughter, Audrey.
~A Time to Meet Again~
Ricky will be greeted in heaven by his grandmothers, Velma Lee Powers and Sadie Bell Thomas; his grandfather, Lloyd Thomas; great uncle, Bo; and cousin, Timmy.

Ricky leaves to cherish his memories his mother, Barbara; father, Leroy, Sr.; his brothers, Leroy (Varachakka) Thomas and Jr., Atticus Gabriel Flowers; his sister, Lisa Jean Thomas; his girlfriend of the home, Anna Alvarez along with her two sons, Jose and Santi; one niece, Brittany Latta; four nephews, Joseph, Gary, Jason, and Ahmar; close friend, Johnny; a host of aunts, uncles, great nieces, great nephews, family and friends.
