Tavia Denise Johnson

Mrs. Tavia Denise Johnson of Simpsonville, South Carolina, fell asleep in death on Tuesday, May I6, 2023. She is the daughter of Nelson and Wanda Bethea.

Nelson and Wanda gave birth to a beautiful daughter, Tavia Denise Bethea on January 2I, I984 in Conway, SC. Later in life, she was given in marriage to Dwayne Johnson on March 07, 2003. They became parents to three beautiful girls, Amariyah Shanaa, Amaiyah Shand, and Amani Senia.

Surviving are her parents and her husband, Dathan Dwayne Johnson; three beautiful girls, two siblings, Nicolas (Naomi) Bethea and On'Dria (Dante) Cromwell; grandmother, Mary Alice Davis; father-in-law, Clinton Douglas, and Donna Johnson; a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, additional in-laws, relatives and friends.

She worked as a customer service representative in automotive at TD Bank.

On July 25, 202I, Tavia dedicated her life and symbolized her dedication by water baptism as one of Jehovah's Witnesses.

She will truly be missed. He (Jesus) will call her out of the grave and she will loudly and joyfully answer. (Job I4:I5). A grand reunion awaits US with Tavia, Jehovah's precious loved one including ours!!

There will be a viewing from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm Saturday, May 20, 2023, at Ocean View Funeral Home and Beach Crematory, Conway Chapel.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, May 27, 2023, at Conway High School.
