Teressa F. Benson

Teressa Faith Benson (57) of Myrtle Beach, SC went home to be with our Lord and savior on December 3, 2022 at 2:19 a.m. Teressa was a wonderful woman that lit up every room without ever trying. She loved her dog Buddy, motorcycles, music, her husband, daughter, grandchildren and family more than life itself. She believed in the afterlife of Golden streets and a life with no pain.

Teressa is survived by her husband Jonathan Gautier of 18 years, daughter Ashley Benson Carswell (Quincy Carswell), grandchildren A.J (Lexi), Julianna, Scarlett and Aleesa Carswell, parents Roger and Carole Jones, Mother-in-law Ruby Ashworth, sister Cheryl Jones, Brother Clint Jones (Sonya), niece Kimberly Jones (Dawud), nephew James jones and great niece Aneska Jones.

Teressa was preceded in death by her father-in-law Wade Gautier, her maternal grandparents Frank and Julia Haithcox, uncles Frank and Tony Haithcox, her paternal grandparents Carroll and Pualine Jones and uncle Jack Jones.

Teressa F. Benson of Conway passed on December 3, 2022. At this time service arrangements are incomplete and will be announced at a later date. Ocean View Funeral Home and Beach Crematory, Myrtle Beach Chapel will be assisting this family.
