Thomas Jordan Obituary

Thomas (Tony) Nathaniel Jordan, Jr. was born in Norwalk, CT on January 7, 1971 to the late Thomas Nathaniel Jordan, Sr. and Vallerie Singleton Jordan. He attended Conway High School where he represented the Tigers as a proud member of the marching band playing the alto saxophone. After graduating from Conway High School (in what in his eyes was known as) the GREAEST class of 1989. He later became a proud member of the United States Navy.

Tony, like his father became a jack of all trades. This lead to him learning and developing mechanical skills along side his father at Jordans Auto Clinic. Tonys tenacity for more drove him to attending Devry University where he obtained a degree in business administration, Horry-Georgetown Technical collage where he obtained a degree in culinary arts and Miller-Motte Technical college where he received his CDL.

Tony went on to marry Yvette Ison and to this union two children was born that he adored, Nichole and Patrick.

Tony found great joy and solitude in knowing that (in his eyes) he was the absolute best cook, chef, and griller of all times. He enjoyed and jumped at the opportunity to watch football. Tonys gigantic smile was always present without fail as he readily entertained family and friends.

He leaves to cherish his memories his lovely and forever nurturing mother Vallerie Singleton Jordan, his wife Yvette Ison Jordan, two children Nichole and Patrick Jordan, one daughter that he took as his own Shekinah Bessent, one lovely sister (and second mother) Shirley Singleton, one grandson Nehemiah Jordan, two nephews Donald McDowell and Antwan Powell, three great nieces Harmony, Serenity and Bella, three aunts Evangelist Celia (Everette) Sands and Barbara Frieson and Ethel Williams (Lee) one uncle Saul (Marsha) Jordan, special cousins and friends that he took as brothers Everette Sands, Jr., Patrick Buttler, David Jordan, Craig Chestnut Robert Windsay III, Derick Jordan, Pernell Parmley, Shune McCullough, Glenn Lee,and Anthony Sands and a host of cousins and devoted friends.
