Trent Vereen, who was affectionately known as “Derby”, was born on January 27, 1963, in Conway, South Carolina, to the late Irene Dewitt Vereen and Eugene Vereen. God called him into eternal rest on Saturday, January 18, 2025.
Trent attended Horry County Public Schools in South Carolina and worked various jobs in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Zackary Buck and Eugene Vereen, Jr.
Trent leaves to cherish a legacy of love and fond memories to two sisters, Marjorie McCray of Conway, South Carolina, and Aleasa Vereen (Alfredo) Mendoza; two brothers, Kirk Vereen and Myron Vereen of Conway, South Carolina; along with a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, January 25, 2025, at Ocean View Funeral Home and Beach Crematory, Conway Chapel.
