Wanda Williams Obituary

Hey Mom, it's your family.

We love and miss you so much and the memories will always be engraved in our minds and bodies. You were such a vibrant woman, the hugs you gave us were always the warmest and the love you showed was always unconditional. We remember you were always watching your soap operas, always made sure we knew what you were watching and who the characters were. We miss your smile; it always brightened our days even if we were struggling with the weight of the world. We miss your laugh, we remember you watching The Mummy and The Mummy Returns, two of your favorite movies and you knew it word for word, especially the funniest parts of the movies. We will miss you eternally and know we will love you unconditionally and eternally as well.

Here to cherish your memory is myself Cortland, your eldest son, Corey, your niece, Tressa, who was the daughter you always wanted; your great-nephew, Trae, who always loved to come by and make sure you had anything and everything you needed; your younger sister, Mildred, who has been your rock for the longest and has always been there for you through your journey in life; your other sister, Cathy, who would always tell us the best stories that left us crying of laughter; your baby brother, Vincent, who was the authoritative figure who made sure Corey and I were doing the right thing by you and for our home; a sister-in-law, Sandra Gore; a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

We hope your journey to heaven is full of warmth, and that you're reunited with all your loved ones that God called home before he called you. Rest In Peace, peacefully Mom. We will remain strong as you would want us to and to keep your memory of you as long as we are alive. Thank you for giving us all the experience of experiencing you and the love you constantly provided.
