Wendy Fae Proctor

Wendy Fae Proctor, formerly of Conway, passed away on Sunday, June 21, 2026. 

Wendy Fae Lewis Proctor was born on April 23, 1954, in Conway, South Carolina, to the late James Myers and Gracie Lee Johnson Lewis. She departed this life on Sunday, June 21, 2026, in Grovetown, Georgia.

She leaves to cherish her memories: Julie (CJ) Gore, Willette (Thomas) Spann, Antonio Jerome Lewis, Jeremiah Jerome (Tawana) Rutledge Jr., and Antonio Jerome Rutledge.

Wendy was a loving grandmother to Kayla Myers-Grant, Jordan Lewis, Jeremiah (Kayla) Rutledge III, Elijah Rutledge, Neille Rutledge, Taylor Nicole Rutledge, Hannah Janae Lewis, Nicholas (Regina) Lewis, and Jada Gore; Great-grandchildren; Aaliyah Rutledge, Jayden Walls, Matthew Blair, Jeremiah Rutledge IV, Josiah Rutledge, and Jenesis Rutledge; siblings; Timothy (Sadie) Myers, Harold Johnson, Leanora Myers-Crute, Patricia Bromell, Gloria Ann Lewis, Richard Lewis, Charlotte Butler-Tulio (god sister); sister-in-law Bernice Powell; and a special aunt, Ida Mae Grissett. Along with a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and special friends.

A memorial service will be held at 12:00 noon on Saturday, July 11, 2026, at Divine Assignment Healing Ministries, 3489 Cates Bay Road, Conway, SC 29527.
